The hands touch the sky for a while, what a story my friends!
Some days ago I awake at 6.45 but for the will of someone else.
Someone has decided to throw two missiles just in front our guesthouse…. One land near the hospital and the second just fall down and went in our neighbor house, no casualty no damage. Fear? No way, I gave-up to be scare and seems all so normal.
Did u note how sensible we are to the environment ? We should try to go out like blind and than to open the eyes and to capture the colors of the sky and will be the same with sounds.
The peace poetry is inside a rainbow flag, so I decide that also in Afghanistan I’d to send this message. In the desert, the rainbow color face the sand monotony. The lion escape from the cage and now screams and roars. Tired and injured but always alive and ready to love. Always your words are my power. The projects proceed, more wells and more water. In the camp of the list the bladders give water to who has no hope.
Dear friends, close your eyes and also you can see this kids, this brothers and sisters that bring water in their tents, that kindly they are filling their yellow bottles. How the world can accept all this?! It’s a mysterious sadness. I hope that God will give me the strength till the last minute, because one day our kids will wake-up without darkness and shadow.
Thanks for all and see you soon

Dear friends,
Today I’ll like to talk about Ricardo. He is a colleague, he works for the International Committee of Red Cross . A water engineer like me. He is from Central America, he speaks 3 languages. A big smile and always to bring happiness between expatriate members…. He believes in principals of a man of love.
Today I say goodbye to Ricardo, he left … he left forever Afghanistan and his mission in a cold coffin. Yes, Ricardo is died, he has been killed… an execution.
My heart is deeply hurt, a big confusion in my mind. Today I say goodbye to a friend that like me was fighting for a world of hope and love.
A silence full of memories, when we went to visit him there was no words. The tears on the faces of all, bye Ricardo. I believe that in this moment, like never before, I’m sure about my mission, that I find my way of love and hope for the next one. This my silent cry is for all that we have to give love in our days and the words of God will be our lessons and specially in one of them “ Which virtue is to love who already loves us?”
The world needs PEACE and no human tragedy can be justified. Today Ricardo leaves us, but as well kids and man that haven’t food or are victim of wars… my life is in the hands of God and in His will my future.
Today we pray for Ricardo and for his families. In the arms of God there is consolation.

Ciao Ricardo
